Fluffy Vegan Pancakes

A vegan take on everybody's favourite breakfast/dessert!


  • 125 g Flour

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 240ml non-dairy milk



  • In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt milk, and stir to combine

  • Whisk until smooth

  • Let batter rest for 5 minutes

  • Pour a ladle of the mixture onto a hot frying pan

  • When the top begins to bubble, flip the pancake and cook until golden

  • Serve warm with maple syrup

  • Enjoy!
